Getting a new job can be stressful. I’m often available to speak with you outside office hours to spare you whispering in corridors or toilet cubicles and all the other awkward clandestine elements of getting yourself new job while you hold down your current role/gig.
You’ll have continuity of contact throughout. (You won’t experience being passed around agency team consultants who will often as not be pretty clueless about who you are, the presentation you’re in the middle of preparing for your final interview, or the job title & remit of the senior executive you’re meeting tomorrow)
I provide extra support in the run up to big interviews – including help and advice with controlling nerves, if this is an issue. I once had a candidate practice alternate nostril yogic breathing on the tube, on her way to a 2nd interview. She may have got one or two funny looks, but she nailed her interview!
Please do feel free to upload your CV to the ‘Gene Pool of Talented Candidates’. You can also drop me a line at email@example.com
A FEW WORDS FROM SOME OF
MY BRILLIANT CANDIDATES
Fran is a very experienced recruiter and conducts herself in a professional yet caring way. Not only was Fran helpful in the application process by making sure the role was exactly what I wanted but she gave me honest and insightful feedback. Fran successfully placed me in a great company and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new role.
Mackenzie Turton, Graphic Designer
Fran is a pleasure to work with; she is straight-talking and knows what she wants but very caring and friendly in doing so. Her honesty is something I particularly admire and it certainly makes my job a lot easier. She is determined and passionate about doing the best by her candidates and not just her clients. I wish her every success and look forward to working with her in the future.
Lily Rogers, National Account Manager, Indeed, Formerly at Reed
Fran essentially got my career in journalism started, putting me forward for a role at onoffice in 2009 where I spent 6 happy and productive years. When I needed to recruit she delivered me great candidates that never felt cornered into the role. Most recently, she has once again proved her aptitude and understanding of what I (and M10) need from new recruits, which means I do not need to worry about time being wasted on filtering out the stars from the chancers.
